Tabitha Sanchez Heit is a dedicated Realtor based in the Blue Bell, PA office, specializing in the Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County areas. Tabitha's ability to successfully multitask has been a key factor in her success as a Realtor. Despite her busy schedule, she prioritizes her health and fitness, dedicating one hour each day to working out at 5 am, which sets a positive tone for the rest of her day.

Inspired by her youngest son, who has Down syndrome, Tabitha is not only driven by professional success but also by a strong desire to give back to her community.  She proudly serves as a team ambassador for the National Down Syndrome Society, advocating for the rights and inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome.

Outside of her professional and advocacy work, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her spouse, two teenage boys, and two Boston terriers.  Residing in a suburb of Philadelphia.  She is grateful for the opportunity’s life has presented her and acknowledges that her hard work and determination have played a significant role in her achievements. With a belief that life has no limits, Tabitha continues to strive for excellence in both her personal and professional endeavors.
