Welcome to Chestnut Hill
An artsy neighborhood with proximity to Wissahickon Park
Known as the “Garden District of Philadelphia,” you won't find many places lovelier than Chestnut Hill to call home. Tree-lined streets, lush parks, and vibrant gardens adorn this walkable neighborhood. And while nature abounds, the vibrancy of Germantown Avenue, with its shopping and dining options, isn't far away. Chestnut Hill offers efficient train service to downtown Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.
This hip and artsy community is perfect for those who enjoy living in nature and walking to their favorite coffee shops and art studios. This is just one of the many reasons the American Planning Commission named it one of the top ten neighborhoods in the U.S.
